Trail's End Ranch B&B is centrally located to take advantage of the many restaurants and activities in Rappahannock and the surrounding counties.  We are only 1 1/2 miles from the lovely Castleton Farms, home of Chateauville Foundation, which offers many classical music concerts and operas throughout the year and the month long Castleton Festival every July, hosted by the famous maestro Lorin Maazel.  Award winning wineries and vineyards abound in this area and offer many tours and tastings.  There are numerous restaurants within easy driving distance including the world renowned Inn At Little Washington.   Shenandoah National Park is only 20 minutes away and offers hiking, horseback riding and spectacular views of the Piedmont and Shenandoah Valley while traversing the Skyline Drive.  Explore Luray Caverns, Skyline Caverns, Monticello and Montpelier  -  all are within easy driving distance.  Visit the many antique shops, art galleries and other unique shops in Washington, Sperryville, Front Royal, Culpeper and Warrenton.  Canoeing, kayaking, rafting and bike tours are available, as well as many Farm and Garden Tours at specific times of the year.  Enjoy steeplechase racing in the fall and spring and other equine events throughout the year.  We are always happy to assist you in making dinner reservations or in planning your daily activities.  And we can provide you with a box lunch or picnic lunch to take along.
